Whitney Yehling
Spa Director / Esthetician / Cryo-Therapist
Whitney is a multi-state licensed Esthetician with over 10 years’ experience in the spa industry. Her passion for skincare began several years ago during a product knowledge training where she fell in love with the power of high quality, results driven skincare. Throughout her career she has held a multitude of roles. Working as an Assistant Spa Director, Spa Consultant and Esthetician; her dedication to growth in the ever-changing skincare industry ensures that her clients receive the latest in products and services.
As a skin therapist, Whitney feels that helping clients understand their skin and the benefits of proper home care is one of the most important parts of her career. Her approach to skincare is a dance between holistic and scientific therapies, with an emphasis on active facial massage – her favorite modality. As a self-professed “spa junkie”, when Whitney isn’t performing facial treatments, she can often be found enjoying the relaxation of other local and destination spas.
Judy Shabazz
Front Desk / Guest Services Manager
Judy is originally from South Dakota and comes to Montrose with nearly 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse. She and her husband moved to Montrose in 2019.
Judy is fun-loving, high energy, and excited about meeting new people. She enjoys music and being creative. Judy’s fun loving personality and smile are contagious and wonderful for your spa experience.
Connie Trosper
Esthetician
After her schooling in Denver at Colorado School of Paramedical Esthetics and other extended classes, she came back to Montrose to begin sharing her passion of the industry to Montrose residents. She has been a Licensed Esthetician for 22 years, a spa business owner for 14 years and continues to learn and educate herself in the many aspects of her career and she loves what the skin care industry offers her clientele.
Connie says; "My career as an Esthetician gives me the opportunity to spend time with my clients allowing them to decompress and feel good about doing something for themselves. I’m passionate about educating them about our Eminence organic product line with a treatment plan designed for them as well as a proper home care routine. I believe that it is the most important part of taking care of your skin and seeing results". – Connie enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, crafts (especially Santa’s) and Baking.
Camila Zamora
Esthetician / Front Desk
Camila is local to Montrose, raised in Telluride but moved back around 2011. She is a licensed esthetician who has a passion for all things makeup, lashes and spray tans. Camila works the front desk as well and keeps the schedule running smoothly. When she’s not at the spa, she’s helping with her parent’s local Italian restaurant. In her spare time she loves working out, hiking, spending time with family and traveling!
Sarah Sughrue
Esthetician
Sarah is a multi-state licensed Esthetican specializing in facials and lash lifts. She has worked with Eminence her entire career, and went to school in Bend, Oregon. She is passionate about the science and art of skincare and she loves meeting and helping others. Sarah Sughrue is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. But Her passion for skin care has been life long obsession coming from her mother. She recently moved from Bozeman Montana with her boyfriend and pup Sturgill. She is an avid skier and hiker and loves any excuse to be outside.
Eric Dyer
Massage Therapist
Eric has worked in the Spa and wellness industry for the past 15+ years. Including
high end resort spas, small salon studios as well as his own practice. He specializes in deep
tissue, swedish, sports, and hot stone. Eric customizes your massage to address areas of concern & help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed!
Joseph Miller
Massage Therapist
Joseph Miller is a licensed massage therapist with 8 years of experience in the spa industry. Joseph specialized in swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sport massage, reflexology, neuromuscular trigger point, and myofacial work. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his family watching movies, grilling, and smoking meats.
Correna Montoya & Nancy Morton-Kaiser
Owners
Correna and Nancy purchased the spa in 2023. Natives from Silverton, CO, these lifelong friends share a background rooted in a community that instilled in them a strong work ethic and the importance of integrity.
Their journey to success in Montrose, CO, has been shaped by these principles, propelling them through fulfilling and longstanding careers. Both Correna and Nancy have always had admiration for entrepreneurs who embraced the risks of owning their businesses. With the unwavering support of their husbands, they took the leap into business ownership, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter.
